We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of your original order. Shoes, sandals, and flip-flops must be returned in re-saleable condition, clean, and not damaged. All original packaging must also be returned undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept any items that have been worn or used (other than to test them for size and fit). Products returned that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. If you wish to exchange the item you received for a different size, color or product, you will receive a credit for the full price of the original item. There is no restocking fee for exchanges, however $6.95 will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of mailing the new product(s) to you.
