What is your return policy?

Returns for goods purchased through any of OurDoctorStore sites can be returned within 30 days of your original order. Product must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn or used.

Products such as custom orthotics, nail files, nail polish, cutters and creams and lotions may not be returned for any reason as they are considered contaminated once they have been opened.

What is your warranty policy?

Why should I give my personal information?

By becoming a member of your doctor's edispensary, you will have easy access to your account information. You can look up a tracking number, see when you are due to order a refill of a product, and even set up reminders. It also helps our staff to make sure your questions about your order are answered as quickly and as accurately as possible.

If you still don't want to become a member, simply proceed with the transaction as a guest.


What is OurDoctorStore?

OurDoctorStore manages your doctor’s online edispensary. We handle all order fulfillment and customer service inquiries for your doctor.

Placing an Order

One of More Items I want to order is BACK-ORDERED or OUT-OF-STOCK, when can I order it?

If the item that you ordered is back-ordered or out-of-stock, simply fill in your email address on the notification and we will notify you as soon as it is instock.

Why is my card being declined?

If you have entered your card and you know it to be vaiid, it may be related to the fact that we are currently restricting orders to only ship when the billing address matches the shipping address. We've been hit with significant fraud. If you wish to ship your package to an address other than your card billing address, please call us and we can assist you.  866.279.4145

I want to ship to a different address than my billing address

Due to a significant amount of fraud, we are no longer able to automatically ship to a different address than your billing address. Please call us at 866.610.2368 TOLL FREE, and we will assist you over the phone.

Paying by Check

Can I pay by Check?

Yes, we accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that your order will not ship until the check clears our bank. This can be anywhere from a week to two weeks from when you mail the check.
