Return Policy


Returns for goods purchased through any of OurDoctorStore sites  can be returned within 30 days of your original order. Product must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn or used.

Products such as custom made orthotics, nail files, cutters and creams and lotions may not be returned for any reason as they are considered contaminated once they have been opened.

If you wish to exchange an item, an additional shipping charge will be assessed; we will ship the new product to you for $6.95 as soon as we receive the original item back from you. Any difference in price between the new item you wish to receive, and the item you originally ordered, will also be charged (or refunded) to your credit card. However, if a mistake was made on our part we will ship the new order to you free of charge.

If you wish to return an item, you will receive a refund in full (less shipping and handling). This refund will post to your credit card account approximately 7 days after we receive at our warehouse.

To Process A Return:

  1. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return, clearly stating the reason for your return, (If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and reprint it here.)
  2. For your convenience we’ve created an address label for you. Please click here to download. Please note it is not a prepaid label, it is simply a return address label for your convenience.
  3. If you think your return is a warranty issue. Please call our toll free # so we can better assist you.
  4. If you would like to exchange this return for another item, please clearly indicate the new product / size on the packing slip.
  5. Please ship back to us  using whichever carrier you prefer. We suggest using a service with a tracking number for your security.
  6. Once we have received the package we will review and either process your return or exchange.
  7. If it is a return, we will refund your credit card, (less shipping and handling). It may take up to 7 after we receive the package for the return to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive an email when the item has been refunded.
  8. If the item is an exchange, as soon as we have received the product back to our warehouse, we will ship out the new item, and your card will be credited or charged for shipping and any price variation.
